  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

  • If your order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Perishable or live plants once shipped

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
