1. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy
If your order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or made-to-order products
Perishable or live plants once shipped
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
